The accessibility requirements are derived from §§ 3 paragraphs 1 to 4 and 4 of the Accessible Information Technology Ordinance (BITV) 2.0, which was issued on the basis of § 12d of the Act on the Equalization of Persons with Disabilities (BGG).
The accessibility of the website was tested based on BITV 2.0 and the Bavarian Digitalization Regulation (BayDiV), taking into account the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
The website is partially compliant with BayDiV. It largely meets the requirements of BITV 2.0 as well as the criteria of Level AA of WCAG 2.1. The non-accessible content is listed below.
