Data Protection Officer

For questions or complaints regarding the processing of your personal data, you can reach our Data Protection Officer as follows:

Purposes and Legal Bases for the Processing of Personal Data

The purpose of processing is to fulfill the public tasks assigned to us by the legislator.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is, unless otherwise stated, derived from Art. 4 Abs. 1 des Bayerischen Datenschutzgesetzes (BayDSG) in Verbindung mit Art. 6 Abs. 1 Unterabsatz 1 Buchstabe e der Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO). Accordingly, we are permitted to process the data required to fulfill a task assigned to us.

Insofar as we process personal data based on your consent, the legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 Unterabsatz 1 Buchstabe a DSGVO in conjunction with § 25 TDDDG.

Duration of Storage of Personal Data

Insofar as we process personal data about you, you have the following rights as the data subject:

You can request information about whether we process personal data about you. If this is the case, you have the right to access this data as well as further information related to the processing (Art. 15 Datenschutz-Grundverordnung - DSGVO). Please note that this right to information may be restricted or excluded in certain cases (see in particular Art. 10 des Bayerischen Datenschutzgesetzes - BayDSG).

In the event that personal data about you is (no longer) accurate or incomplete, you can request correction and, if necessary, completion of this data (Art. 16 DSGVO).

In the presence of legal requirements, you can request the deletion of your personal data (Art. 17 DSGVO) or the restriction of the processing of this data (Art. 18 DSGVO). However, the right to deletion under Art. 17 Abs. 1 und 2 DSGVO does not exist, among other things, if the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of a task that is in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority (Art. 17 Abs. 3 Buchstabe b DSGVO).

If you have consented to the processing and the processing is based on this consent, you can revoke the consent at any time for the future. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by this.

For reasons arising from your particular situation, you can also object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time (Art. 21 DSGVO). If the legal requirements are met, we will no longer process your personal data.

Further restrictions, modifications, and possibly exclusions of the aforementioned rights may arise from the General Data Protection Regulation or national legal provisions.

Further information on these rights is also provided by our data protection officer.
